Fairly clean property with location in the middle of the city. Tea/coffee making equipment, refrigerators, and an oven provided. Amazing and amicable staff. Marvellous setting close to supermarket, and zermatt train station.

This place served as a great spot for exploring with its convenient location next to the train station and in the heart of the city, while also featuring friendly staff and providing amenities like a hairdryer and bath sheets.

The apartment at Chalet Antoine Serviced Apartments By Mirabeau was incredibly cozy and comfortable. I loved the well-fitted kitchen and dining area where I could prepare and enjoy my vegetarian meals. The seating area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Zermatt, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. The private bathroom with a hairdryer was a convenient addition, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Personally, I found the presence of a dishwasher in the apartment a bit unnecessary for my needs. However, I recognize that other guests might appreciate this feature for their convenience.

The location of the apartment was excellent, being very close to the train station. This made it very convenient for us to get around and explore the area. Additionally, the apartment itself was cozy and had a homely touch to it, making us feel comfortable and welcome instantly. The bathroom was well-equipped with Ritual products, which added a luxurious touch. the service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

While the apartment was spacious and comfortable, the lack of a lift made it difficult for me to carry my large and heavy luggage up to my room.

There was no easy way to contact hotel staff during the stay, which became an issue when the kitchen faucet broke and caused flooding. More variety of pillows would have been appreciated, as the ones provided were too soft.

The 2-bedroom apartment was a last-minute find and it turned out to be absolutely mind-blowing! The beds and pillows were super comfy, giving a luxurious feel. The living room sofa easily converted into a bed, and the blackout curtain transformed it into a 3rd bedroom. Each room had a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare a full-size family dinner with ease, complete with a coffee machine and provided coffee and tea bags. The self-service luggage storage room was a great convenience, and the option of taking a taxi to the train station for just CHF10 saved us time. I definitely regretted not staying longer and will without a doubt come back here when in the area.
